How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Please email [[email protected]] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

  1. Your full name and contact information (address, phone number, email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on our site containing the material you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be delayed or may not be processed.

What Happens Next

After receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material. We may share a copy of the notice with the person who posted the material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. The location of the removed material before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may disable access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright.

False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice may carry legal consequences, including liability for damages. Please make sure your claim is valid before sending it.
